The purpose of this plan is to help guide land-use decisions, both public and private, as they relate to the specific goals of the Town of Boyce. The Plan is for the citizens of the Town and, for this reason, considers many diverse interests. It cannot satisfy every citizen's particular interest but does provide a mechanism for the protection of the health, safety, and welfare of all Town residents. Most importantly, it provides an outline for future decisions on land use, capital improvements, and economic growth in a fair and equitable manner.
